PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.
SPS Tutor LLC releases one month of scheduling at a time. Calendars for future months are not released in advance, allowing us to manage availability fairly and efficiently. At any given time, families may book sessions only for the currently released month.
Priority Booking Clients:
Clients with priority booking access may log in on the 25th of each month at 11:59 p.m. to book sessions for the upcoming month, before general scheduling opens.
Recurring Session Requests:
Families requesting a permanent recurring time slot must notify us BEFORE the 25th of each month for the upcoming month and must have signed the 10 session contract. Requests received after the 25th cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.
This process ensures equitable access to scheduling while maintaining consistent, high-quality instruction for all students.
School Year Schedule- M-F 3 pm to 10 pm.
In Person only once weekly at each office.
-Mondays- In Person Naples
-Tuesdays- In Person Fort Myers
-Wednesdays- In Person Sarasota
-Thursdays- In Person Boca Raton & Knoxville
-Friday- FOCUS Only
PAYMENT: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Details on how to submit payment can be found on our booking page.
Payments can be made via:
UNUSED TIME: We no longer allow for unused time from one session to be applied to future sessions due to high booking demand. If you do not use the full amount of time, please understand there will be no discounted rate and the unused time cannot be applied to other sessions.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require a 24-hour notice via text. If you're more than 15 minutes late for your session, it will be considered as cancelled, and you'll be charged the full cost of the session. The same applies if you fail to provide at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. We strictly abide by this cancellation policy in order to maintain lower rates and serve as many students as possible.
REFUNDS: We do not, under any circumstances, provide a refund for sessions or packages purchased. If you fail to attend a lesson during your scheduled time without providing 24 hours notice, refunds will not be issued , and reschedules will not be permitted. If you do not utilize all sessions within a package, they will not be refunded, but may be transferred.

Focused One-on-one Coaching Using Screens. These are virtual one-on-one sessions with our certified teachers.
