All clients will be invoiced at the beginning of the month for the entirety of the month in accordance with the number of sessions you have booked. Payment is due within 24 ours of sessions you have booked.
Please keep in mind that StepUp (FES-UA, FES -EO FTC, HOPE) rates are different than self-pay rates. We do not have an ability to change these if you pay through EMA Marketplace. If you want self-pay rates, you must submit payment on your own and then we will provide you with a receipt so that you can submit to Step Up for reimbursement. Otherwise, locate us on Marketplace, select any of our locations, submit your payment for the month and come back to our booking page to book your appointments
Gold is offered as a FOCUS-only option, meaning all sessions are conducted virtually. You’ll receive the same high-quality, one-on-one instruction and proven results as our in-person programs—with added flexibility in scheduling and the convenience of learning from home.

As someone with ADHD, Ali also teaches effective strategies for focus, organization, and test success. Families choose Elite Platinum for specialized, high-level support tailored to diverse learners and challenging subjects.

Structured, small-group SAT/ACT/CLT prep designed to build strong foundational skills and test-taking strategies. Students meet weekly and receive guided instruction, practice, and generalized homework assignments through our test prep platform to reinforce learning between sessions.
One time $50 enrollment fee
Everything in Basic—plus a more customized, results-driven approach for students aiming for higher score gains. In addition to weekly group sessions, students receive personalized feedback, targeted skill recommendations, and a monthly one-on-one session review progress, analyze performance, and adjust their strategy. Homework is more intentionally aligned to individual needs, ensuring students focus on the areas that will lead to the greatest score improvement.
One time $50 enrollment fee
Our 10-Session SAT, ACT, and CLT Prep Package is a premium, 1-on-1 program with owner Ali designed to maximize student performance and scholarship potential. Each session is fully customized to target the student’s strengths, weaknesses, and score goals while incorporating proven test-taking strategies. Students work individually with Ali for focused, results-driven support. The program includes one year of access to our test prep platform for continued practice beyond sessions.
Silver Level services were discontinued through SPS Tutor LLC in 2025. If you are seeking a more affordable self-pay options starting at $30 an hour, we encourage you to explore services through our non-profit partner, Rising Scholars Foundation Inc. These services are income-based, and eligibility is determined by meeting specific income guidelines. Currently, we are providing tutoring services both virtually, via FOCUS sessions, and in-person. Our team has been extensively trained during the COVID-19 period to effectively host virtual FOCUS sessions, ensuring that our virtual tutoring is as effective and engaging as possible. All that your child needs is a device with a camera (phones, laptops, iPads, or tablets are suitable), and these sessions can closely emulate the experience of in-person sessions!
If your child is feeling unwell, we recommend opting for a Zoom appointment as an alternative to in-person tutoring. Please be mindful that our 24 hour cancellation policy must be abided by regardless of illness.
Non-Refundable Services: All tutoring sessions, packages, and related services are non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time. If a client is late or fails to attend, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be authorized.
Tutor Availability: If a tutor is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to assign you to a substitute tutor. If we cannot offer a substitute we will offer a reschedule, or a refund if a re-schedule cannot be conducted. However, No rescheduling will be offered on Sundays.
