Tutoring Services – Terms & Conditions for New Clients
By enrolling in tutoring services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment & Refund Policy
- All tutoring sessions are non-refundable once payment has been submitted.
- Sessions must be used; unused sessions will not be refunded for any reason.
- If a client purchases a package of sessions, there are no refunds for unused sessions, whether partially or fully unused.
2. Session Usage & Expiration
- Sessions are intended to be used within a reasonable timeframe aligned with the student’s academic or testing goals.
- Failure to schedule or attend sessions does not qualify for a refund or credit.
3. FOCUS (Virtual) Session Requirements
- FOCUS sessions require:
- A reliable internet connection
- Functioning audio and video
- The ability to share screen when requested
- Students must attend FOCUS sessions using a computer or tablet.
- Mobile phones are not permitted for FOCUS sessions.
4. Technology Responsibility
- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their technology meets session requirements.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for:
- Internet connectivity issues
- Device malfunctions
- Use of unsupported devices (including phones)
- Audio/video failure on the client’s end
5. Monthly Communications & Updates
- Important program updates, scheduling policies, deadlines, and announcements are shared via monthly email updates and posted on our website.
- Clients are fully responsible for reviewing all monthly communications.
- Failure to read or acknowledge updates does not exempt clients from policies, deadlines, or changes.
6. Scheduling & Attendance
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance based on availability.
- Missed sessions or late cancellations (without 24 hours notice) are subject to the policies outlined at enrollment and are not refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Program Changes
- Program structures, materials, schedules, and policies may be updated periodically to improve service quality.
- Sessions may be adjusted as needed from time to time as our scheduling needs change, your bookings CAN be adjusted with 24 hours notice if needed
- Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
8. Acceptance of Terms
- Enrollment and/or payment confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
